Responsibility:
Developed all preliminary designs for entire work required. I was involved in the selection of local architectural firms, prepared bid documents & accepted bids. I also acted as onsite John Deere representative with Building Officials and contractor.
Renovation Locations: Portland Oregon, Regina Canada & Grimsby Canada.
Relocation Locations: Lathrop California & Atlanta Georgia.
New Locations: Edmonton, Canada

Similar to JDDW above but on a smaller scale. There was an existing structure on site that we needed to include in the design. The site was a challenge because of its shape.

Worked on four separate projects; Major Factory Expansion, Employee Security Entrance, Locker Rooms & Office Renovations. We did preliminary designs and working drawings for the smaller projects and architectural Project Management for all projects.
